Dit moet altijd worden voorkomen om de veiligheid van patiënten en de kwaliteit van biologische medicijnen te garanderen. Om je te vertellen hoe je dit kunt voorkomen organiseren we samen met onze leverancier PSG Biotech een gratis webinar. Vorige week gingen we met bijna het complete team op teambuilding in Nijkerk. Onder het bezielend oog van coaches Ellis Verkerk en Ingrid Heemskerk werkten we samen met twee mooie zwarte paarden aan verschillende opdrachten, wat onder andere inzicht gaf in onze onderlinge samenwerking en communicatie. Hierna kregen we nog wat verdiepende informatie over groepsdynamiek vanuit de DISC-methode. Al met al een interessante en vooral zonnige middag, bedankt dames! Last week we went with almost the entire team on a teambuilding in Nijkerk. Under the inspiring eye of coaches Ellis Verkerk and Ingrid Heemskerk we worked together with two beautiful black horses on different assignments, which gave us insight into our mutual cooperation and communication. Zo zorgt Hitma voor een gezond en comfortabel binnenklimaat Gisteren was het de Werelddag voor Veiligheid en Gezondheid op het werk. Deze dag staat in het teken van preventie van arbeidsongevallen/beroepsziekten en het onderhouden van een veilige en gezonde werkplek. Bij Hitma maken we gebruik van vele loggers en sensoren om ruimtes te monitoren. Als een ingestelde grenswaarde wordt overschreden ontvangen we een alarmmelding. Zo weten we dat het tijd is om bijvoorbeeld een raam open te zetten. Zo'n monitoringsysteem is essentieel voor de gezondheid.
